Who are we together, and what is our focus?
Around the room — one word or one sentence each.
Structural — room, schedule, grade band
Social — team, group, circle
Conceptual — purpose, belief, identity
Too tight: change stifled
Too loose: drift and disconnection
Re-size, re-focus, or re-member
List the school's containers by type.
Mark each: too tight / about right / too loose for its purpose.
Choose one to re-size or re-focus.
Predict the shift it would invite (don't guarantee it).

Begin AAE #2: choose a new sticky issue and complete the What? section.
Before leaving: each person names one next wise action.
