Too loose: drift and disconnection
Re-size, re-focus, or re-member
In Your Groups
List the school's containers by type.
Mark each: too tight / about right / too loose for its purpose.
Choose one to re-size or re-focus.
Predict the shift it would invite (don't guarantee it).
Share adjustments — test each against 'what pattern would this likely invite?'
